Apex Realty was founded in 2014 with a simple idea: real estate works better when the agent already knows the streets, the schools, the markets, and the people. Over a decade later, that's still how we operate.

We've helped families buy their first homes in Jacksonville. Sold generational farms in Pike County. Closed commercial deals in Springfield. Found hunting tracts in Brown and Schuyler. And we've done it with the same three-agent team you'll find on this site — no callback queues, no referral hand-offs, no scripts.

Today, Apex Realty serves buyers, sellers, and investors across ten Central Illinois counties, with full-service expertise in residential, commercial, farm, and recreational real estate. We're an independent, Illinois-licensed brokerage — accountable to our clients, not a corporate parent.
