Short version: Use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Listings shown are pulled from the MLS and we believe them to be accurate — but always verify before you act. Nothing on this Site creates an agency relationship between you and Apex; that only happens when both parties sign a written representation agreement.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Listings are updated frequently but are not guaranteed to be current, complete, or free of errors. Property details — including square footage, lot size, taxes, school district boundaries, and zoning — should be independently verified before you rely on them in a transaction.

Information on this Site — including market commentary, neighborhood notes, FAQ answers, and blog content — is offered for general informational purposes. Submitting a contact form, joining a saved-search list, requesting a home valuation, or talking with an Apex agent does not create a buyer-broker or listing relationship. If you submit information through a contact form, comment, or review, you grant Apex a non-exclusive license to use that content in the ordinary course of serving you. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the address below including: (a) your contact information; (b) a description of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
The Site links to third-party tools (the IDX Broker listings portal, mapping services, financial calculators, etc.). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
The Site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Realty disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Apex Realty (and its owners, agents, and employees) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You agree to defend and indemnify Apex Realty against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
